There is a website at https://www.breakyourownnews.com/
If you go there, you can type in an image, headline, and ticker info.
Then you can download the image to your computer and share at will. It looks like an official news story.
For example, I used a screenshot of the home page at UtahPatriots.org as the image and added the Headline and ticker. Then I downloaded the image below.
